Over four weeks you’ll train with me 3 x times per week in personalised sessions that are tailored to your fitness level and goals. Whether you’re getting back into training, wanting structure, or just need someone to keep you accountable, this is a a great place to start.
What’s included:
12 Personal Training Sessions
Three sessions per week over four weeks. Each session is tailored to you so you can build strength, fitness and confidence safely
Training & Accountability App
You’ll have access to an app where you can connect your own health tracker, build daily habits, see your workouts, track your progress and stay accountable between sessions
Simple Meal & Snack Ideas
A large variety of flexible nutrition ideas to help support your training without complicated diets. Designed by a nutritionist and delivered in a pdf e-book to your email after payment
Before and After Body Scans
Two Evolt360 body composition scans so you can see the changes in muscle and body fat over the four weeks. Photos & measurements will also be taken so you can track progress
Investment
The 4 Week Starter is $800
Payment can be made in full, or you can arrange weekly or fortnightly payments. I also accept cash, card, bank transfer or Afterpay
