Dynamic small group training sessions around beautiful Bribie Island. With ever-changing scenic locations, each workout is an adventure in itself! Our aim at Bodyies is to nurture body confidence and strength, turning your fitness journey into an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and anyone seeking a supportive, friendly community to exercise with.
Sessions are morning times Tues – Friday (5:30am and 7:00am), with every second Monday.
