Small Group Sessions- A fun social way to exercise, build your confidence and get fit and healthy!  Our small group sessions are suited to all fitness levels and individual attention is given to all participants.Sessions are morning times from Tues – Friday (5:30am and 7:00am)

Casual Session - $25

2 Days Per Week - $30  

3 Days Per Week - $40

4 Days Per Week - $50
